Please note that, due to the severe winter storm warning that has been issued across Ontario and parts of Quebec, pickups and deliveries in the following areas have been delayed or cancelled:

• Greater Toronto Area
• London, Woodstock and surrounding areas
• Barrie, Guelph, Hamilton, Kingston, Kitchener, Peterborough, St. Catharines-Niagara, Waterloo and Windsor
• Ottawa
• Greater Montreal Area

Please also note that, due to unsafe driving conditions, carrier terminals are currently closed or open with limited operations. As a result, updates for shipments in transit may be unavailable until tomorrow.
