Which Cin7 product does ClickShip support?
This integration supports Cin7 Core, formerly DEAR Systems. Cin7 Omni is not supported.
Which orders and product details sync into ClickShip?
Orders ready for fulfillment with their Packing Status set to Authorized sync automatically. Product details include SKU, image, dimensions, weight, HS code and country of origin. Import Missing Orders provides an option for retrieving a specific missing order.
Where should my team manage inventory and product measurements?
Keep inventory, stock levels, product weights and dimensions in Cin7 Core. ClickShip imports product information, while Cin7 Core remains responsible for inventory management. Product measurements edited in ClickShip are overwritten by the values from Cin7 Core during a later sync.
What shipment information goes back to Cin7 Core?
ClickShip sends the tracking number, tracking URL and carrier name back to Cin7 Core. The matching carrier must be active in Cin7 Core. Shipping costs are not sent back as part of the fulfillment update.
Does this integration provide real-time rates at checkout?
No. Real-time carrier rates at checkout are not supported for Cin7 Core through this integration.
How should my team handle changes to an imported order?
Changes made in Cin7 Core after import do not always update the existing order in ClickShip. Review the order and re-import or update it as needed. Splitting or combining Cin7 Core orders inside ClickShip is not supported. Combine orders in Cin7 Core before importing them.
